“ WORKING TOGETHER ” é um trabalho conjunto, realizado em parceria com escolas do Japão, Bélgica, Espanha, Estados Unidos da América e Rússia, no qual são desenvolvidos os seguintes projectos: “Water and Germination” , “Viola”, “Sakurajima Radish Contest” , “Melon” e “Go-ya” No desenvolvimento destes projectos trocamos experiências sobre o cultivo de diferentes vegetais, através da Internet e em inglês, abordando todas as áreas curriculares disciplinares e não disciplinares. Os projectos “Melon”, “Go-ya”, e “Water and Germination” são coordenados pelo professor Tsutomu Iyanagi e o projecto “Viola”, é coordenado pelo professor Teruyoshi Kobayashi, do Japão; o “Sakurajima Radish Contest” é um concurso do gabinete oficial da Ilha de Sakurajima, no Japão. Para além de várias escolas Japonesas, entre elas "The Earth Club" do professor Tsutomu Iyanagi e "Ikeda Elementary School" do professor Teruyoshi Kobayashi , participam também neste projecto o professor Jef Theys da escola “de Kriebel”, Olen, Bélgica; o professor Jose Ramón Casanova, do IES “A Pinguela”, Galiza, Espanha; a professora Maria White da " Northeast Middle School ", Bethlehem, Estados Unidos da América; o professor Andrew Gavrilov da escola "nº 23 de Dimitrovgrad", Rússia e a professora Lena Kokareva da escola " Ulyanovsk", Rússia. No Agrupamento de Escolas de Cacia o desenvolvimento destes projectos é da responsabilidade dos professores São Monteiro Silva e Aristides Rodrigues. “ RIACA ” - Red Iberoamericana y del Caribe de Educación A mbiental - é uma secção do projecto " Caretakers of Environment " da qual fazem parte Espanha, Portugal e alguns países do Continente Americano.
